Follow these steps to change the system date and time

1. Leave the handset on the hook.
2. Press Transfer button and dial 200
3. Enter password 1234
4. Press 1 to enable programming
5. Press Transfer
6. Press Transfer again and dial 505
7. Enter Day, Date, & Time (see below)
   • W=Day of the week (1=Monday, 2=Tues., Etc.)
   • MM=Month, DD=Day, YY=Year
   • HH=Hour, MM=Minute (Enter in military format)
8. Press Transfer button to store and exit programming.
